Hazard Notification: Southern Cross Cable event

August 24, 2022 10:06 NZSTMonitoring – We have been notified by SCCN that they have an issue on Segment A (Between NZ and Australia), and we have been switched to a protection path. This protection path has increased latency, so we have moved all traffic to a different cable system to mitigate this.This is a hazard notification only, and no outage is expected on the Devoli network.
