Ponsonby card failure.

April 12, 2022 21:35 NZSTIdentified – A card failure in the Ponsonby datacentre at 20:45 resulted in a failover to a redundant system to restore all users.This impacted all customers nationwide processed on Ponsonby’s CGNAT device. The system was fully restored by 20:52 and our vendor is investigating the root cause of the card failure.

Copper ordering failures.
