November 2, 2022 20:30 NZDTIdentified – There has been a fibre cut between Mokau and Te Kuiti which is affecting our primary backhaul route between New Plymouth & Hamilton as well as between Wanganui & Hamilton. While the service is up and running on our redundant uplinks, there may be small amounts of congestion due to having the cuts affecting multiple regions.There are field force teams en route to site to investigate.
